UAE Shipping:

Expect your order to arrive 1 - 2 days after placing an order on our website. Once your order has been placed, our logistics team will start planning a delivery time for you. They will call you to arrange a time that is convenient to you. We will take into account any special requests such as particular delivery times. Most orders can be delivered the following day.

 

International Shipping:

Orders are shipped out directly from our warehouse in the UAE, and they will do everything we can to get you your order as fast as they can!

Middle East:  2-3 Days for your order to arrive.

Europe: 3-5 Days for your order to arrive if you are ordering internationally. 

Asia: 3-5 Days for your order to arrive if you are ordering internationally.

USA: 5-7 Days for your order to arrive if you are ordering internationally.

South America: 5-7 Days for your order to arrive if you are ordering internationally.

Australia: 5-7 Days for your order to arrive if you are ordering internationally.

 

Customs & taxes:

The prices displayed on our site are tax-free in AED, which means you may be liable to pay for duties and taxes once you receive your order. Import taxes, duties and related customs fees may be charged once your order arrives at its final destination, which are determined by your local customs office. Payment of these charges and taxes are your responsibility and will not be covered by us. We are not responsible for delays caused by the customs department in your country. For further details of charges, please contact your local customs office.

 

UAE Returns Policy:

We have a 30-day return policy from orders placed within the UAE which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at Bear@bearsupreme.com If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Who pays for return shipping?

We offer return shipping only if the item was damaged, faulty, or doesn’t match the listing description.

Customers are Liable to pay for return shipping if you’re returning the item because you changed your mind

Once the item has been returned you will receive a credit not from us. Note: we do not offer full refunds only credit Notes to be used on the website.

Damages and issues


Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

 

Exchanges:


The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

whilst we will make every effort to help, we regret that we cannot cancel your order if this has already processed for dispatch.

Please be aware that we do not accept exchanges or returns on On any items once shipped Internationally.
